Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or date amendments must be made at least 72 hours before the tour start date and time. Unfortunately, cancellations within 72 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund or date change.

Please understand that our venues are pre-booked for the correct number of attendees. If you are unable to attend and have not notified us within the appropriate timeframe, we kindly ask you to consider selling or gifting your ticket to someone else.
